PRIVACY POLICY:
Dog Treader's use of personal information that you may submit to Dog Treader through this Web site is governed and maintained exclusively by Dog Treader and no other entity.

At this time, Dog Treader ships merchandise to locations mainly within the Continental United States using USPS, UPS, and FedX, depending on the product. Not all products are available for shipment overseas but when possible are sent USPS international parcel post and Customs Duties may apply. (Tracking is not available on overseas packages although a Customs number will be supplied.) The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We try to ship all orders within 48 hours except for custom made items which require additional time. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. (Upon delivery, if you receive an order that is broken or has missing parts, please notify Dog Treader immediately for replacement.)

TAXES:
Dog Treader charges California sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

RETURNS:
Return requests must be made in writing through our Contact Us form within 14-days of delivery for approval by Dog Treader. Only new unused merchandise with all manufacturer tags and packaging still in tact will be accepted for a full refund of the purchase price or an exchange.  Items received in less than original resellable condition, or used items, will not be eligible for a refund.   (Return shipping is to be paid by purchaser.)
